Check in/check out
You are welcome from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case you arrive earlier, we might be busy getting the rooms ready, but feel free to park your car in the parking lot for a first acquaintance with the area. You can check out until 10.30 am.
Pets
In some of our rooms, pets are allowed.
- Price Eur 25,- per room
- Max 2 per room
- Availability only upon request to the hotel and approval from the hotel
- Your pet is not allowed in the breakfast room
- If your pet causes any kind of nuisance we are authorized to deny access
Conditions
- All rates are per room per night based on the number of persons indicated therein
- Rates include a generous breakfast buffet where indicated. Including VAT and excluding tourist tax
- Per person is charged €2.00 per night lodging tax
- The hotel room is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. You must vacate the hotel room before 10:30 am on the day of departure
- If you would like to make use of a late check-out (subject to availability), a surcharge of €35 per room applies. Latest check-out time is 14:00
Cancellation policy
We apply the following cancellation conditions:
- Reservation < 3 nights: if canceled less than 24 hours in advance – 1st night will be charged
- Booking 3 nights or more: if canceled less than 24 hours in advance – 50% of the total reserved amount will be charged
For groups (bookings of 3 rooms or more) we apply special cancellation conditions:
- Between 7 and 0 day(s): 100.00% of the total reserved amount will be charged.
- Between 30 and 8 day(s): 50.00 % of the total reserved amount will be charged.
Insurance
The tenant is responsible for all damages caused. It is the responsibility of the tenant to be covered by travel insurance for these various risks. The same applies to any cancellation fees.
